Very interesting. There was a strong idea of banding together to save money for the cause! Note that EFMA became The Mission Exchange, and then merged with the IFMA (Interdenominational Foreign Mission Association, which became Cross Global Link). The merge happened in 2006 (I believe) and the new name is Missio Nexus.
